She makes the perfect accessory.

Sam had a friend over to play.

Dang cold fingers! My Raynaud’s has been really bad this winter.

Nimbus is a nice companion when you are sick.

Swinging after school.

A mutant gummy worm!

Pizza with a friend, joy!

We started Sam in swim lessons again.  Hopefully, by this summer he can use the grandparents’ pool without floaters.

Saturday morning trip to the library and the  candy shop.

Sam learning to fold my towels.

Extra treats from the bulk bins at the grocery store (they chose candied pineapple and gummy bears).

The kid has style.

Jack has been helpful with snow removal this month.

Our cat-dog chewed up my blocking mats when they were in use overnight.

Look at the beautiful scarf I made!

A birthday treat to myself: Hela Goddess of Death inspired leggings (a character in Thor Ragnarok).

img_2985

Enjoying my new headphones!  Nimbus likes to get in the way when I work at the table in the mornings.

She also steals my warm spot when I get up from the couch.  Yes, that’s three blankets and one of them is electric.  Did you see my cold hands above??

img_2990

Sam styled his bed and I asked him to be in a picture of it.  This was his pose.  How did he acquire the Zoolander gene?

img_3047

I also made socks with the yarn Amanda brought me from London!

Ben has been teaching the cat-dog some commands.

img_3058

I made a vegan spinach-artichoke dip for the Oscar party.  I actually really liked it!!  There was a lot leftover, so my lactose deprivation may have changed my dip-standards, as others didn’t seem to like it as much.

Teaching Sam to make his favorite dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs.

The local animals decided it was spring.  Nimbus couldn’t STAND that we had a flock of starlings, a robin, and a rabbit (above her ear by the shed) all in the backyard.  Not pictured is the flock of approximately 30 geese who have moved into the neighborhood, loitering in our yard, and a small crow family in our ash tree.

A new comic Jack started. We are all big fans of Nimbus.

As I write this post, she burgled a ball of yarn from my bag, completely unwound it, and is coming back to poach another.
