Trying out my new Mark Bittman International cookbook. For my lemon grass chicken I pureed ginger, garlic, sugar, tumeric, lemon grass, fish sauce (can you believe it?), coconut milk, and cilantro.


Panfried potatoes and eggplant with Indian spices.
