Yea! More friends have started blogs! Please check out Miranda’s website. She recently wrote up an excellent description of Casa Bonita, where we took her and Nate last weekend. Hopefully for the last time. I say that everytime. People! Stop moving to Denver and telling Ben you want to visit this cultural landmark! Seriously, you don’t!

Ben took Jem for two hikes on Saturday. Previously one hike pooped out the puppy. Ben declared that Jem must have leveled up. Great.
This is what 2 out of 3 floors’ worth of vacuuming looks like when you have two pets. Yikes.
We took Jem to the Lakeside dog park Sunday morning. The lake was shimmering blue, begging us to teach her how to swim.
She refused a second go at it.
LoveSac battle!!! Whose scent can linger longest?
I’m going to have to call Molly the winner for her unworldly laser eyes. They put Jem’s to little green twinkle to shame.

Here are three things I worry about, even though they haven’t caused a problem yet:
For the past two years – Yellowstone Super Volcano
For the past year – Bedbugs
For the past 6 months – Honeybee Supply
Jem is a total wimp about rain and snow. She shivers and digs in her heels when we try to walk her. This has been difficult, because lately the spring weather has turned to this:
So I thought I’d whip up a little doggie jacket. I did a quick and dirty job, and it didn’t really work.

Then at Target they had some dog jackets on clearance. $3!! I gotta try it at least.

Glamour and Glitter, Fashion and FAME! Je-em is truly outrag- er. that’s enough.
But seriously, I love her Joan Rivers impression on the left. And she’s transfixed by her beauty in the photo on the right.
With Jem getting all the attention lately, I picked up a little gift for Molly.

It was an immediate hit. She’s so easy to please. Catnip, cardboard, what else do you need?
