{"id":755,"date":"2013-09-09T23:58:00","date_gmt":"2013-09-09T23:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaumaison.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/09\/blergh"},"modified":"2013-09-09T23:58:00","modified_gmt":"2013-09-09T23:58:00","slug":"blergh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaumaison.us\/index.php\/2013\/09\/09\/blergh\/","title":{"rendered":"Blergh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I might as well post again to erase the optimism I inspired with my last post.\u00a0 Just got back from my midwife with almost no change from last week.\u00a0 I&#8217;m becoming convinced that my body doesn&#8217;t know how to go into labor.\u00a0 The bigger bummer is that the hospital is maxed out with scheduled inductions.\u00a0 I got the next available, which is Thursday evening.\u00a0 And I&#8217;ll be first up to get bumped if they get too busy.<\/p>\n<p>So that blows.<\/p>\n<p>At least they&#8217;ve got me on the books I guess.\u00a0 I wanted my membranes stripped but I&#8217;m GBS+ again, so that&#8217;s not an option.\u00a0 In the meantime I&#8217;ll tell Ben we need to do <a href=\"http:\/\/birthbuddy.wordpress.com\/2007\/03\/01\/natural-ways-to-induce-labour\/\">this list<\/a> of natural induction methods.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consciously surrender and give consent to yourself the universe &#8230; to allow the journey to begin.<\/li>\n<li>Try \u2018slow-dancing\u2019 and belly-dancing type movements. <\/li>\n<li>Visualise the swirling of a galaxy, and the funnelling of a hurricane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;ll tell him to pick up some aromatherapy candles and then we&#8217;ll REALLY be in business.
