The cats are still living in separate quarters.\u00a0 Believe me, I’d LOVE to open the doors and be done with it.\u00a0 Freddy had me up all night, either playing loudly, or attacking my feet, or trying to sleep on my neck.<\/p>\n

There’s been a lot of this – cuddling with one cat, then letting the other one smell it.<\/p>\n

Freddy got to spend almost an hour exploring the boys’ room with the door shut.\u00a0 I turned around to bring Nimbus up to inspect his space, but she was already there!\u00a0 Certainly curious.<\/p>\n

Yesterday Nimbus was finally ok with eating outside the door from Freddy.\u00a0 She still hisses at him if he comes right up to the door while she is out there.\u00a0 But at least she’s eating near him now.\u00a0 I read that that’s a positive step forward.\u00a0 We’ll do some more space swapping and then maybe in a few days I can let them co-exist.<\/p>\n

The boys made a space ship for the cats to share.\u00a0 They used it separately.\u00a0 Maybe someday they’ll share it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
