Friday after my birthday I woke up to my usual routine.\u00a0 I fed Sam and then exercised in my room.\u00a0 As I bent to pick up his pacifier my lower back had a spasm.\u00a0 This has happened before.\u00a0 I can remember four other times since I originally injured my lower back in a dance performance in high school.\u00a0 Last time it spasmed was October, but it only lasted about a day.\u00a0 This time I’m quite incapacitated.\u00a0<\/p>\n
