A couple weeks ago we took the kids to the costume exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. \u00a0I recommend seeing it if you can. \u00a0We all enjoyed it in different ways. \u00a0They didn’t have much for kids – some buttons to press for noises or light sabers. \u00a0But they seemed to appreciate that they were seeing the real deal from the movies. \u00a0I discussed with Jack how different the Chewbacca costume was here compared to the one we met in Disney World. \u00a0Sam liked the full body costumes like Ewoks and Yoda and Darth Vader. \u00a0I was gaga over the extensive Queen Amidala collection. \u00a0 Ben was recovering from the flu but still enjoyed himself enough to\u00a0let me blather on about the use of raw silk versus linen on the Jedi robes. \u00a0And the pleats! \u00a0I couldn’t stop gushing about the varied pleating on Padme’s wardrobe.<\/p>\n
