From TV Squad, a top five list of sitcoms tackling serious issues.  This guy is right on!  I, and apparently many of my generation, had #4 Punky Brewster episode burned in my memory.  Stay out of abandoned appliances!  And #2 Saved by the Bell was shocking when it aired.
