Here&#8217;s the list of ingredients and kitchen tools needed beyond basic knives, spoons, and cutting boards, in case you want to cook along<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Herb roasted turkey with gravy<br \/>    * Turkey<br \/>    * rosemary, sage, thyme<br \/>    * onion, carrot, celery<br \/>    * de beurre, de beurre, encore de beurre<br \/>    * roasting pan with rack, pastry brush<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Garlic Mashed Potatoes<br \/>    * russet potatoes<br \/>    * garlic cloves<br \/>    * milk and butter<br \/>    * potato masher<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Wild rice and mushroom dressing<br \/>    * 2 tablespoons butter<br \/>    * 1 onion<br \/>    * 2 celery stalks<br \/>    * 1 or 2 boxes of wild-rice blend <br \/>    * 2 or 3 cups of mushrooms (button type, portabellos, dried shitaakes, etc)<br \/>    * Sauce pan<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Cranberry sauce with dried cherries<br \/>    * 12 ounce package of fresh or frozen cranberries<br \/>    * 1 cup dried cherries <br \/>    * 1 cup sugar<br \/>    * Small sauce pan<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Brussel sprouts with hazelnuts<br \/>    * 1 pound fresh brussel sprouts<br \/>    * salt and pepper<br \/>    * 1 tablespoon butter<br \/>    * 2 tablespoons blanched hazelnuts (<br \/>    * Large skillet<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Green bean casserole<br \/>    * I&#8217;m not making this one, Betty is.  <br \/>    * casserole dish<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Pumpkin pie <br \/>    * 3\/4 cup sugar<br \/>    * salt<br \/>    * spices: cinnamon, ginger, cloves<br \/>    * 2 eggs<br \/>    * 1 15 oz can of pumpkin<br \/>    * 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk<br \/>    * 1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell (to make our own we can do a basic pie crust      <br \/>      with flour, sugar, water, and butter)<br \/>    * mixing bowls<br \/>    * Pie plate<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Appetizers<br \/>    * Pepperidge farm cheddar cheeseballs are a favorite, served with wheat thin <br \/>      crackers. <br \/>    * Cornichons are little garlicky pickles.
