{"id":2816,"date":"2009-09-21T03:14:00","date_gmt":"2009-09-21T03:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaumaison.wordpress.com\/2009\/09\/21\/movie-fail-textual-details"},"modified":"2009-09-21T03:14:00","modified_gmt":"2009-09-21T03:14:00","slug":"movie-fail-textual-details","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaumaison.us\/index.php\/2009\/09\/21\/movie-fail-textual-details\/","title":{"rendered":"movie fail, textual details"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I spent the last hour editing down all the footage I took with out flip camera.\u00a0 Then the program failed and I realized that I hadn&#8217;t saved it since I started trimming clips down to 5 seconds each.\u00a0 And I was almost half done.\u00a0 Grrr.\u00a0 So in the words of Miranda, iMovie is going to go sit in the corner and think about what it has done for the rest of the night.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Amanda wants details and I&#8217;m not sure what to say.\u00a0 We did pretty much exactly what I wanted to do on this trip.\u00a0 Bullets commence bulleting! (bulletting?)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cabin is still deliciously seventies in design.\u00a0 Brown and yellow shag carpet with matching harvest curtains and harvest fireplace.<\/li>\n<li>I made Nate and Ben walk up the drive way first before attempting to mount it.\u00a0 They poo-poohed my warnings about the steep angles, but later agreed that it was deceptively difficult to maneuver. \u00a0 <\/li>\n<li>Fry sauce is awesome, equally delicious on french fries and tator tots.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>We all memorized Zaley&#8217;s signing video.\u00a0 &#8220;It&#8217;s signing time with Alex and Leah&#8230;&#8221;\u00a0 will that ever get out of my head?\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>There is nothing wrong with having a LaBeau&#8217;s milkshake every day.<\/li>\n<li>The autumn colors were beautiful.\u00a0 We have a lot of pretty aspens in Colorado, but we miss out on the oaks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>I thought this might be my first trip to Bear Lake without a sunburn, but somehow it fried my nose!<\/li>\n<li>The water at the lake was amazingly clear, like a swimming pool.<\/li>\n<li>We are all majorly nerdy bloggers.\u00a0 This trip will be documented with photos and videos TO THE LIMIT!<\/li>\n<li>In all our smart meal planning and grocery shopping, we forgot to take into account the attractive small town eateries that stole our appetites.\u00a0 <\/li>\n<li>Disney&#8217;s Robin Hood is really really good.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Jem is depressed that we hadn&#8217;t moved into the cabin permanently.\u00a0 Talk about dog heaven.\u00a0 She started every morning bouncing bed to bed, doing consecutive laps up and down the stairs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The weather was perfect &#8211; cool and sunny with scattered clouds.\u00a0 This morning, before we left, there was a terrific thunderstorm.\u00a0 I woke at 5 am to close the windows and watch the lightening beams shoot into the lake.\u00a0 The rain cleared by the time we were packing up.<\/li>\n<li>I found some joyous remnants of my youth, such as fancy Kermit and Miss Piggy sheets that Amanda and I used to fight over, and our old Rainbow Brite &#8220;Rainbow Inside of Your Heart&#8221;
