Zoo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A promise fulfilled &#8211; we took the family to the zoo!\u00a0 Sam hasn&#8217;t been since <a href=\"http:\/\/eaumaison.blogspot.com\/2013\/09\/one-week-old.html\">he was newborn.<\/a>\u00a0 We went ahead and renewed our membership.\u00a0 With the early bird discount (before May) our pass was $69 instead of $80.\u00a0 Considering the cost for a single visit for us is 17+17+12+free = $46, it just makes sense.<\/p>\n<p>We love the Denver zoo!\u00a0 Animals everywhere you look, friendly staff, and good kid stuff.\u00a0 Saturday was extra special because Mike&#8217;s Camera was sponsoring a free trial.\u00a0 They had tons of fancy, high-end cameras that you could use for the day and take home all the photos you take.\u00a0 We decided our hands would be full with the kiddos and passed on the opportunity.\u00a0 But everywhere you looked there were monopods and humongous lenses.\u00a0 It made it easy to see where the active animals were &#8211; like paparazzi!<\/p>\n<p>Lions and rams are the traditional start to the zoo. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/rachelsmason\/17019149208\" title=\"Denver Zoo April 2015 by
