My folks came to visit this weekend.\u00a0 Nothing fancy, lots of food and shopping and fun like always \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 We went to Flatirons Crossing mall.\u00a0 I haven’t been up that way in a while.\u00a0 So crowded!\u00a0 The holiday shopping is moving earlier and earlier I suppose.\u00a0 I haven’t even started my Christmas shopping.\u00a0 I’m in the generating ideas stage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We had lunch in the food court, then picked up Ben and went to Edwards Meats.\u00a0 As expected, Dad went a little crazy there.\u00a0 He found an interesting addition to their Thanksgiving table in Utah.\u00a0 Mom just carried Jack around the store, then went back to car to play with him while Dad finished ogling the meat.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Next we went downtown to Tattered Cover.\u00a0 No pictures of Amanda smiling, but believe me, she was.\u00a0 A quick stop for cupcakes, then Jack totally lost it and started bawling.\u00a0 A whole day out is a lot for him!\u00a0 We went back to my place for Virigilio’s take out.\u00a0 Delish.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sunday morning was a quiet breakfast, again at my place when Jack failed to wake-up early enough.\u00a0 He tried on some new duds (adorable overalls!) and his new booster seat.\u00a0 Mostly fun for clanking toys against at this point.\u00a0 Mom and Dad had good roads going home, Amanda and I sewed up Macbeth cloaks, and Jack caught up on his sleep.\u00a0 A great weekend (but I’m glad I have today off too!)<\/p>\n
