In the middle of the week we went to the high school’s food drive trick or treating.\u00a0 It was actually super fun!\u00a0 Also, we finally got recognized as the Bob’s Burgers parents.\u00a0 There was cheering and fist bumps from many. <\/p>\n

Friday Jack had a parade and party at his school.\u00a0 There’s his principal and teacher leading the line.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

And that afternoon we carved pumpkins.<\/p>\n

Saturday, finally real Halloween!\u00a0 Our friends Erin and Nora came to play (Henry was sick) to help while away the morning.\u00a0 We did some crafts and went to the playground.\u00a0 Happened to run into another FMHS alumni with her kids.\u00a0 Crazy!\u00a0 I had no idea they lived in our neighborhood.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

I spent quiet time squishing in a day’s worth of yarn shopping – four stores in two hours!\u00a0 No success but still fun.<\/p>\n

Finally FINALLY it was dark and time to trick or treat.\u00a0 Ben took the kids out as usual.\u00a0 The Tilly’s came over to join Jack.\u00a0 They brought home a TON of candy.\u00a0 I stayed home and knit while passing out candy.\u00a0 We had over 50 kids this year.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
