{"id":1156,"date":"2012-05-24T03:23:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-24T03:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaumaison.wordpress.com\/2012\/05\/24\/which-brings-me-to-today"},"modified":"2012-05-24T03:23:00","modified_gmt":"2012-05-24T03:23:00","slug":"which-brings-me-to-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaumaison.us\/index.php\/2012\/05\/24\/which-brings-me-to-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Which brings me to today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<b>End of Week 1<\/b> <br \/>A much better shift at work today.\u00a0 Amazing what good staffing can do.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll just touch on some things I noted while posting all those other entries.<br \/>&#8211;I&#8217;m not tired anymore.\u00a0 I&#8217;m actually energized.\u00a0 I used to feel a big slump after my lunch break but now my energy stays up and alert, even after crazy yesterday.\u00a0 I do feel more dizzy and weak if I can&#8217;t eat right when I want to.<br \/>&#8211;I don&#8217;t feel that restricted in my food options.\u00a0 I have no true cravings.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve figured out what foods are ok and what aren&#8217;t.\u00a0 I&#8217;m enjoying the vegetables.\u00a0 I have my shakes and gold coke, my almonds and cheeses, and those are doing me ok for now.\u00a0 <br \/>&#8211;Eating out just isn&#8217;t an option with this diet so I feel resigned to make my own food.\u00a0 You have to be creative, but it&#8217;s such a limited source of material I can usually settle on a meal instead of endlessly waffling. \u00a0<br \/>&#8211;I&#8217;ve talked to people about the diet and everyone who tried it had good success with it.\u00a0 That&#8217;s encouraging. \u00a0 <br \/>&#8211;I&#8217;m having a weird post-cold sore throat.\u00a0 Although Jack&#8217;s contagion never fully blossomed in me, I can&#8217;t shake a scratchy throat for a couple days.
