They were all rough too. Glad to be done with that and have a 4 day weekend.  I&#039;m at the salon for a cut and color, long overdue.  <\/p>\n<p>Atkins is going well.  My weight loss stalled, but after a long stressful day yesterday I&#039;m down to 157, 5 pounds down.  Still not craving breads or sweets.  I like it.
